About the Band...
From the southwest of Western Australia comes "Catfish Moon" which is an extremely hard hitting Slide based Blues three piece band. Steering clear of all the 'Covers' that give that standard sound and feel. "Catfish Moon" manages to combine a classic traditional delta sound into a contemporary upbeat new sound that has proven to be extremely popular at any venue it has been performed at. About the Band Members..
David
Slide Guitar and Vocals.
David is an accomplished soloist who has studied traditional American Folk Blues, and can play a wide variety of its many varied styles.
Drums and Piano
Jake is the drummer for Catfish Moon, at 18 has a wealth of experience behind him, and had his first professional gig at the age of 13.
Warren
Bass and Slide Guitar
Warren is the bands Bass player, and also an accomplished slide player at the age of 17, it is not uncommon for the band members to make a few extra dollars by raffling warren off to the ladies in the audience, how else could we get our scotch for free?
